Zhimei is a comprehensive clothing production enterprise that integrates R&D, production and logistics, and has three management system certificates of ISO. Zhimei owns nearly 500 employees and is equipped with strong resource advantages, unique design R&D, and flexible production mode. It realizes the high-efficiency service output integrating “design R&D-intelligence manufacturing-intelligence logistics” through digitalization, standardization and automation.

COMPREHENSIVE PRODUCTIVITY
Zhimei maintains a close cooperation with nearly 100 high-quality tailing, fabric and accessory suppliers. Moreover, it owns 2 intelligent manufacturing bases in Songjiang District (Shanghai) and Jiangxi. The annual productivity of Zhimei reaches 5 million pieces of clothes, including 3 million of independent production capacity and 2 million of out-sourcing capability.

WORK ORDER
To meet the order demands for individualization, small batch, multiple batches, and short delivery time in the clothing industry, Zhimei applies the “Work Order” innovatively to cope with customer demands of various order types quickly. It can realize a quick production mode: ordering today and delivery tomorrow. The order fulfillment rate of Zhimei reaches 95% or higher.

INTELLIGENT LOGISTICS
With high-efficiency intelligent logistics center, Zhimei can meet three types of customer orders, including “warehouse-delivery service for brands of Ribo Group”, “external order (processing)-delivery services” and “external order warehouse-delivery services”. The intelligent logistics center of Zhimei can offer customers timely, accurate and safe logistics services. It can deliver goods in as little as 2 hours. The order pairing rate reaches 99.8% and higher.

DREAM OF ZHIMEI
Based on the philosophy of sustainable development, Zhimei is planning to construct an intelligent and lean R&D manufacturing industrial park in Yudu, Jiangxi to meet development demands of the group and serve for global clients. This lean R&D manufacturing industrial park is constructed with a total investment of CNY 1 billion and covers an area of 269 mu. Zhimei is devoted to be a supplier of flexible boutique solutions for the fashion industry.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF ZHIMEI
R&D CENTER
R&D center of Zhimei is equipped with a material library, a knitting and tatting department, a computer embroiders department and a digital printing department. It is responsible for researching new materials, models and technologies, as well as development of fabrics, accessories, tailing, sweaters, technologies and special technologies.
The R&D center orients to clients of mature brands and designer incubation brands. It provides fashion design and sample making services, as well as production services of “small batches” of sweaters, digital printing and computer printing clothes (minimum order quantity=1 piece ).
SUPPLY CHAIN CENTER
The supply chain center of Zhimei is responsible for internal and external orders of Ribo Group ( the proportion of external orders is approximately 20% at the moment, and objective for future external order rate is 50%), manufacturing planning, raw materials and tailing purchase management, as well as quality monitoring of tailing process.
The supply chain center orients to various clothing brands in the world. With considerations to customer needs, it provides integrated management services of “design R&D - sample manufacturing - processing with supplied materials - finished product delivery”. The production scope covers all categories of clothing products, including leather and denim, tatting clothes (including overcoat), cotton knits, double-faced woolen goods, down feature, sweaters, PU leathers, etc.
MANUFACTURING CENTER
The manufacturing center accepts production demands from the supply chain center. It promotes the “work order” processes and provides high-quality reliable production and processing services to different types of production orders.
LOGISTICS CENTER
Logistics center of Zhimei not only accepts and meets the processing-distribution demands of brands of Ribo Group and external brands, but also offers warehouse and distribution services independently to external brands. It provides global clothing brands comprehensive logistics services integrating goods warehouse, E-commerce logistics and door-to-door delivery.

According to the brand orientation of the clients, the R&D teams plan conceptual programs of the current seasonal theme, create styles, research and develop fabrics and techniques, and finally output samples.

The processing service with supplied materials orients to mid-to-high end clothing brands in the world, including men’s wear, women’s wear and children’s wear. According to client’s requirements on sample making, our service teams provide manufacturing, processing, and logistics services of all categories of clothing products except for leather and denim.
The processing service with supplied materials is available to large orders (>3,000 pcs), regular orders (1,000-3,000 pcs) and small orders (<1,000 pcs). C2B, C2M and C2B2M cooperation modes are made available for clients. Additionally, 7*12h hotline services are provided for real-time tracking of orders. It can realize quick responses of ordering today and delivery tomorrow. The order completion rate reaches as high as 98.5%.
